Here are a few shots taken while kayaking recently.

I would have gotten a better picture of the heron, but as I took a close up of him as he flew away...he screamed/called which sounds sort of like a cross between not quite getting your car in gear while shifting and a pterodactyl with indigestion. Anyways its call startled me so what do I do in the middle of pressing the shutter? I turn the camera around mid-click to look at my camera's lens. "Gee my camera never made that noise before!" I won't be that dumb again. hopefully.

    Nope not yet. We take turns going out with one of our kids. We just have 2 kayaks; each a 14' sit-on-top.
