In South Western Scotland last spring my wife and I stayed near an ancient burial ground called a Popup LinkCairn. We also visited some other ancient stone  Popup Linkcircles, which were not used for burial purposes.  In fact, no one knows exactly what they were used for.  They make for some cool pictures though.  Here is one Popup Linkmore of the cairn that my wife took.  The fog was just incredible.

Ancient stone "circles" was very neat the way the shadows were positioned.

Circles does it for me. Somewhere along the line I heard these were landing pads for aliens.
