Another Question about Lomo

Now that I am starting to understand how to use Lomo a bit, I would like to know if  the word Lomo is an acronym?  If so what does it stand for?

    LOMO is not An Acronym It is the Name of a Camera Manufatuer from Russia. Which Started as The LOMO Russian Arms and Optical factory. If it had a Russioan Meaning, I don't know but LOMO is not a Photographic Acronym

    LOMO is short for "Leningradskoye Optiko Mechanichesckoye Obyedinenie" (Lenigrad Optical & Mechanical Enterprise)
