I took this picture in 1994 in Chenonceau, Loire Valley, France. It was taken with a Canon A-1 with Kodacolor 400 then transferred to Kodak PhotoCD and how is a jpeg. Popup Link

Chenonceau
During World War II the river was the border between German-occupied France and the collaborator Vichy Francy. The Chateau was uwed for meetings between the the Germans and the French.

This is a stunning photo, the man in the boat adds some nice flare to it. I love the rippled reflection too!

What a nice view they really knew how to complement the water as opposed to obstructing it's beauty....they are like fancy earrings.
