Rabbits $3.49 a pound sounds high, but if you will notice, you do get the liver with it.
Tripe & Souse(I don't even let my dog eat this stuff.)
Baby Goat I found this little guy in the auction livestock barn, but the guy complained when he saw me taking photos. I sneaked a few but this is as close to a good one as I got.

Great post, makes me want to go to the farmers market but they don't open for awhile here. My dad ate picked pigs feet, I hated opening up the refridgerator when they were there. And rabbit tastes like chicken. I raised rabbits for 4 H but never ate my own.... :o)
