Holocaust Memorial - Boston

If you ever make your way into Boston, be sure to visit the Popup LinkHolocaust Memorial.  The tall towers represent the gas chambers.   Popup LinkWalking Through these towers, you can see the "gas" coming up from the burning embers below.  The glass panels have a smokey look, but upon closer view, you can see it is inscribed with the numbers given to the people of the concentration camps.  Quotes from survivors are written on each Popup Linkpanel.  The numbers appear backwards in this photo because it is looking through the glass. It truly is a beautiful memorial for such a horrific event in history.
