A glimpse of France

Cremieu is a medieval French town not far from Lyon. I took the first two pictures in the Popup Link

2004. I went back to Cremieu two weeks ago: The castle (built in the XII century) looked completely different Popup Link

this time, although the Popup Link

spring flowers were already on the streets. I stared again at the old Popup Link

windows and a nice bottle of Popup Link

sometimes viewing pics on this site makes me depressed. there are so many places in the world that i long to see and haven't yet........great pics of the castle and farm

Thank you all. And hope you're right, Don, I just operated my eyes few days before that trip to France. It doesn't means I will necessarily take better shots from now on, but one just hopes :)
