I meandered all over today with no set direction or place to go and found myself driving up to the top of Brasstown Bald - Georgia's highest spot.  I got several pics I liked but my choice of the lot is:

On the way back, I saw this old house tumbling down and bathed in sunlight and had to stop.

  • Thanks for all the comments and the song, DB! HAHHAH! It's funny how more picked the B&W over the color. For me, it was the color because I could see the warm glow of the sun that was there when I took the shot. The B&W has the rustic feel to it, by comparison, but it's different. Everyone responds to different things. And by comparison as well, I was far more fond of the image of the rolling hills and rolling clouds mirroring each other, and it seems like it got less response. Oh well! Working on a series of images to post later for the signs... think I finally hit on my own take of that...
