Hey guys,

I recently took some pics of a model for my photo class at CSUF. It was very cool to learn how different areas/locations can make your shots very unique. I kept in mind of the harsh shadows the sun would miss and countering that with a strobe on my camera. I felt it easier to post them on my site: www.mpdigital.piczo.com

Check under Portraits!!!

Hey cory- is there any easier way to download photos on Photographica? Or can there be an easier way?

ENJOI!!!

  • Some really great stuff there Mattman. I really liked the ones that included an additional person--the incongruity really added a neat element. However, the gauzy thing was sometimes more of a distraction than a help. But technically--flawless.

  • Matt, I assume you meant to ask if there is an easier way to UPLOAD pictures here, and not download them. That being the case, I have to say: as of now, no. But, if I may, it's not all that hard to upload pictures here. Sure, it may be a bit cumbersome and you can only do 4 at a time in the web upload area, but...other than that... ;) We'll see if we can think of some way to make it a little easier. At the very least, I would suggest being able to upload a few more images at a time, or maybe even having some type of java based batch upload system.

  • Matt...my oh my these are wonderful shots. I really liked the crane shot of her on the towel...extremely inventive view. The purple shawl shot was also cool. My only criticism would be--what she's wearing. Amazing photos like these deserve more than just typical everyday wear. It's so much fun watching you develop. I want to be like you when I grow up.
