Here are some more images from our recent trip to Germany. This image is of the Popup Linkentry gate to Dachau Concentration Camp. Arbeit macht frei means work will make you free. This image is of the Popup Linkmemorial to victims of the Holocaust at Dachau. This next image is from the old town area of Tuebingen.  I loved the Popup Linkshape of the trees and the late day light. This Popup Linkhard working fellow also resides in the old town area of Tuebingen. This last image is of the Popup Linkceiling in the cathedral at the University of Salzburg. I think all the faces looking down are really interesting...almost haunting.

Awesome stuff, Tom! All are great, no doubt, but for me the cathedral ceiling is the eye popper. I looked at it for a good 15 minutes... it's mesmerizing.

  • Thanks for sharing.....the b/w for the camp picture is very appropriate..left me with the feeling of despair, trying to imagine what the people went through....The memorial to the victims is emotional for me, The scenes in the cathedral are Great.

Hi again Tom, Dee and I went to Dachau a few months before I came here. You got some great shots. Being there really makes you think about mans inhumanity to man. Take care. Art
