Today was our biggest celebration Parade, in honnor of the largest gold nugget found in (at least California!)..it weighed in at over 54lbs. The event is The Gold Nugget Days, but unfortunately it rained all day..what fun! Here are a couple strangers I saw.

I got a lot of shots, and I might post some later....but this ones for

SG. And I saw one for Popup Link Jeffrey too. All in all, the day was kinda like this.. Wet!!!, I'm glad I was only there for a short time...I had to get back to Work.

Dang it, Smalls, I was going to compliment him on his Woody! I like the plates "Wave Crazy". Wet was probably my fave but I liked the Vet and the expression on the two guys pulling clothes racks in the first. He looks like he may give you one of the wizard hats... but may put it where it's not easy to see.

Nice story, and a fun set. That steak is making me hungry already. I liked wet best because it made me feel all grey like your day was.

chef -- it's so good to see some more of your photos. The masks are frightening and vets inspires, BUT Wet is superior. BBruce nailed it; the photo conveys the wet, gray day to the viewer. That one should be published.

the vet is wonderful. Love the expression, the lines in his face, the flag by his side... Wet is GREAT! The b&w sure helps set the mood to that pic.

I like the shot of the Vet. It is nice and clear. I was going to mention the lines in his face too. But Travlin' was quicker then me. But I favor "wet". It makes me feel like our weather does today....
