I like the set up here; neat! We didn't have time out, either, Jo....Mom just made us go get our own switches so she could whip us, and if she thought the switch wasn't big enough, WATCH OUT, 'cause she'd go get one and you'd REALLY be in trouble then!

When I was in school...there was a chair we had to sit in and face the wall...on the back of the chair was written.."I'm in trouble...don't talk to me, or you will join me"

We'd yell "TIME OUT" when the old man would get the belt out for something my brothers always did and start whippin' everyone in sight. I was fastest... and the first one to the bunk beds took the bottom cause he couldn't get as good of a swing.

my grandmother always threatened us with an "electric belt" none of us grandkids ever saw it but we sure were scared of it..

My mom used a fly swatter! I used to hide it....then she would go buy another one. Ouch!!
