Water Park!

I love being by the water and as luck would have it I drive by these falls a couple times a week now. They are in Kent Ct. and are the Kent Popup Link

Falls I took a different range of exposure settings and was happy with these shots of the Popup Link

Heading up to NY State to get my son from school soon and wanted to practice waterfall shots. We are going to stop and see Niagra Falls. I want to take pictures from a unique view, you think this will Popup Link help?

That's one huge barrel!! Does it come with a funnel??? I love the falls pics, both of them. That's something I need to practice on.

I'm not fitting that barrel in my Jeep! Looks like your persistance in trying different shutter speeds paid off a the Falls.

Did shoot this with the new camera Sax Guy but I couldn't get very close. The trail up the falls is under construction and had to take these back a ways from the falls. It should be open again in a couple of weeks and hope to do better next time!

That's the wrong type of barrel. Better use a steel one! However, the contents may help:D Make sure you ride on the Maid of the Mist, you'll get some awsome views of the base of Niagara Falls.

I laughed at the barrel when I read it! I really liked the slow shutter speed to blur the water on your falls pictures.

Great shots, Wildman! Don't joke about the barrel, when we were there a couple years ago, I had a VERY strong urge to jump in. You can get so close and it's so powerful I wanted to be in it. I've never felt like that before anyplace. It was not scary to me, but Barb was kinda freakin' out because she knew I was serious and not joking. I only had the feeling on the Canada side and only when right by the lip of the falls. It's kinda mesmerizing and kinda weird.
