    Lovely shots, Jimmy, because I don't really like insects this is funny, but I like your last three shots of the insects best. Why is the first soldier beetle red and black and the second one is just black are they different kinds or genders.

    don't remember ever seeing this flower called Pink Lady Slipper.. is strange..one of the voluteers at the museum mentioned the other day that he and his wife go to the same area in the Smoky Mtn. every year just to see this flower. Why is the bug called Soldier Bug........love the close up of them.
