Beautiful shots! I love the shadows on the /The Pantheon's Dome Light/ ,and really enjoy /Saint Peter's Basilica Dome/. I noticed that the last 3 posts didnt have thumbnails....

Love the golden band in Latin and the clarity of the detail on the capitals. And dome light is really breathtaking. But it's a little different from the dome light in my Kia.

The architecture is beautiful over there...like the colors in all Latin, and the dome in the Basilica Dome..and really like them all..

I was just tellin Johnny that you tease us with a couple of pics only....shame on YOU!! Dome light is outstanding,(St Peters)... love the ornate nature of Latin, and the Duomo has a nice old feel to it. Keep em coming Mr. Moose.

These are all wonderful shots, Moose! I love the detail in the third shot! I also really like the last shot, but, did you know the tower is leaning? :) Is that the actual color of the Duomo, or did you ps it? Either way, it's an awesome shot!

Thanks for sharing, Moose. I was in Rome 38 years ago and loved all the places that we went to in Italy. I was in St. Peter's for a service and a tour and in the Pantheon for an organ concert. I just found it so awesome to know that I was standing in a church that the apostle Paul stood in.

All are awesome, Moose! Loved them all. When in St. Peter's did you get to see La Pieta? It is the only reason I would ever take a trip to Italy, to me, the most beautiful sculpture ever made.
