Thanks to you both - I was worried about the hydrant shot because my "art" photos tend to be quite boring, but I liked the parallel lines of the tower and the hydrant. I actually used a macro lens to get the shot of "Teddy" - he's a new member of the household and my daughter's still working hard to tame him. It doesn't help that her hands are so small. I can scoop him up and hold him in loosely cupped hands and he relaxs, but he tends to look.... uncomfortable when she's trying to hang on to him. :-D
