Tags: amsterdam centrum hotel action shots biweekly challenge

I like this way of street photography, low iso value, low shutterspeed, wait and let the street generate the action.

So the cyclist flashes through the image. Not sure if he is heading for the Popup Link 'cheap around the corner'.

btw, if you are interested, Centrum Hotel is at the Warmoesstraat, the centre of the red licht district.

Sure is a good action shot...how did you do this and keep the background in focus.....the one time I was in Amsterdam was with one of my sisters and a cousin (her husband was stationed there)..we were strolling through the red district and my cousin had her youngest daughter to keep her eyes closed until we got off of that street.
