A Few More Statues

Today is hot and hazy so no new pictures, but a few more pictures of statues from Frederick Meijer Gardens.  The first one was a favorite of my brother-in-law, and he insisted that I had to walk out in the courtyard of the restaurant area to get a shot of this.

    Beautiful, Lidljo. And yay for teachers! :D Although, I think I'd teach lit given the chance (which is an important part of history, no doubt). My favorite in the set is Lifted Up BW. The perspective plus the BW really gives the photo a lot of movement an drama despite the shot being of an inanimate statue. Well done!
