Great Sand Dunes National Monument

Here are a few shots of the Great Sand Dunes Nat'l. Monument is southern Colorado. Its a great place to shoot but kind of like going to the beach...sand in every orifice.

    Love #1 you can grasp the enormousness of it all with the people in it and the way the light captured the shades of sand. #3 was interesting to see the softness and roughness of the two terrains #4 is just awesom. The light greens to the dark green tree to the dark shawdow of the cloud and the contrasting whiteness of the clouds above. Very much enjoyed.

    #2 is very cool with the small dry weed in the vastness, but #4 the immediate beginning of the dunes, the way you showed it is fantastic. Wonderful set.
