What I decided was that capturing the "whole" canyon in some single, definitive photo was impossible and that I'd be better off if I focused my shots and tried to capture some detail and texture.
You really captured wonderful shots of the Grand Canyon!! May I ask what time of the day most of your shots were taken at. I would guess that the last shot #2 was taken earlier or later in the day than the rest.
One of the nice things about digital is that you can go back and check the time of the photo -- Jo, these were all taken within a few minutes of 7:30 am.
To think that the canyon was carved by the river years ago, from the top all the way down, is astonishing to think...the river being that high...wow...Wonderful captures,Bill.
Ho Hum, magnificent again! Fantastic shots, Bill! Never get tired of looking at them, just wonderful! Bruce, it makes me want to hide my old slides from Grand Canyon!
