Just developed an acute flare of gout, which will keep me off the hiking trails for a few days, and this is my Photoshopped attempt to make lemonade out of the invisible lemons. Don't worry, not too gross.

hope the 'attack' does not last long...my son has been afflicted with this since the age of 15 and know first hand some of the misery you are going through...at least you have shown us a little 'art humor' with it. You will soon be 'back on the trail'
