my husbands' parents have been married for over fifty years and his dad is in his seventies!
they live on the coast and we live on a farm in central texas. it's about a five-hour drive, so, we don't get to see them that often.

My aunt, who's 74, was in the nursing home rehabbing her knee after replacement surgery and said she didn't like being in here with these old people. I guess, cause she hangs out with us and goes on vacation with us, she doesn't think she's that old. Great post! Life can end at anytime, it's largely out of our control, but how we live our life is up to us. They look like they are living large.
