I took this at Starved Rock in IL. I did some editing to it and not sure if it is good any ideas? I plan on going again they go here every winter. We saw over 50 eagles. I need a longer lens but it was a great time.

I am new to this any feedback would be great. I have enjoyed looking at everyones photos and just signed up. Any feedback would be great. We where on a road trip left MI made it to SD in 10 hrs. Then we got up early one morning and headed to Custer State Park. With the time difference we were able to see more animals out. We drove by a hill and there they were sitting there.Rams on the Hill

You have some great shots and compositions, a few overexposed, with practice you will learn to adjust your settings. as they said below one post per day. Late January is the best time at Starved Rock for the Eagles, I live about 45 minutes away from there, although Starved Rock park is great any time of year! If you'd like PM me when you plan on coming & maybe we can meet.

I would kill to see that many eagles in one spot. I am happy to get a glimpse of one!

  • I wish I could see that many eagles in one place. I've only seen an eagle twice in my entire life. Nice nature captures. I think I have to get out more often to take photos.
