Wow, I haven't done this in so long I've almost forgotten how! Some shots for the challenge...these were taken at our local Fall Festival. I worked at night when it was open, so I went up during the day, hoping to get some eerie, creepy carnival shots. I wouldn't say they fit that description, but hey, I like them anyway.

Three Tickets!?!? That's like, 20 bucks!

Make sure to ride the Tilt-A-Whirl BEFORE gorging on Carmel Apples.

Never thought I'd see the day that Mardi Gras came to Illinois.

  • I'm so glad to see you back (and that you didn't forget how to post)! Great shots. Love 'caramel apples,' nice contrast and composition. And I know what you mean by 3 tickets. Went to the fair with a friend and we bough 10 tickets for $25 and rode *2* rides.

  • These look like they're from the 40s or 50s, and they feel so desolate. Excellent work!

First shot is perfect, awesome DOF. Second shot I suggest shooting from an angle to cut out the power lines. Third shot is another awesome shot. Forth shot is good also, however I tend to think you cropper it to tight on the right. Blessings DSW
