    I really think that "A" is a marvelous shot, very interesting, love the textures and the DOF use. That "B" is very cute--I like that you didn't straighten the birdhouse, much more visual appeal leaning. That "C" is another great shot--I could almost feel the ice, love the accent red of the berry and the perfectly positioned drop of water.

    Jo, the closer you are to the object when using a macro lens takes care of the DOF, giving you a very blurred back ground. And I bent the other stems that were around this one to keep the distractions down.
