There's an old Burial Mound not far from my home. It's a beautiful secluded spot, and my foster dad and I walk our dog there sometimes. He loves being off the leash for awhile Pretty Please. I find the trees even more beautiful in winter, although the lighting was poor in this one Gnarly Trees. Still, on a cold winter's day like this I can't help but dream of Summer.

  • Maybe its just me, but I like the lighting of Gnarly Trees. I'm kinda odd that way though. All shots are fantastic, "Pretty Please" is my favourite.

I love your trees Charlie, you always present them from the perfect angle. Like EA I like the lighting, I think it adds to the gnarliness...is that a word...of the picture! "Pretty Please", "Burial Mound", and "Summer" are wonderful!

Each one has distinct well thoughtout lighting qualities. Can't pick a favorite but if forced to I would go with gnarly trees for the blue cloud.

  • Delightful set. I especially love the story line evident in "Pretty Please". Ben is always a pleaser. The composition in "Burial Mounds" is so perfect, along with the lighting and focus...it is my favorite of this set. Of course, "gnarly trees" alone could get my vote.
