pyro, you got it. i am his yellow rose. ...and jess, yes it's backlit. i have a lamp that is perfect for that purpose. i've done it before on other flowers for my sisters' catalog and i thought i'd experiment with different setting on my camera, since i had this beautiful speciman. it's nearly as big as a saucer. and flawless. thanks! love, d
