He was killed in Iraq. Less then 30 yrs old. His wife who is very young wanted him to have a memorial service in our town the town he grew up in. Then he was going back to Minnesota to be burried. I talked with her quite a bit. After the service as she was sitting in the hearse while waiting for the procession to begin she looked so lonely. I went up and talked to her. She thanked me for taking the pics and said "I finally get to take him...home." I could hardly keep it together. Sorry so many pics
Wonderful tribute, I hope you are sharing the photos with her. I am in tears. I don't really know what to say, except my thoughts and prayers are with him and his family and friends. :o)
omg.. Penny what a beautiful tribute... this has hit me hard... my step daughter's husband is over in Irag......my prayers will be with this mans family and friends... thank you for sharing...
