From this..... To that.... My attempt to show the Difference

By Katster written 5/2/07 7:29 AM, published 5/3/07 2:18 PM

Well, I was able to take the day off this past Monday and enjoy the beautiful day we had here in Central Florida (84)humid degrees.... and walked around the gardens with about 6 friends all who are into Photography. We took HUNDREDS of pictures and it was their first time at the gardens. Let me just say that they enjoyed themselves and even brought a yearly pass to go back... Here's my attempt to "Show the Difference"
Any feedback would be appreciated as always..

Great theme post, I like Kate's 2nd favorite (even though it's the 'snapshot'). It looks like some bacteria under a microscope or something you would see in a biology textbook.

Yes, my 2nd favorite looked so "unreal" on the lcd screen of my camera that I couldn't wait to get home to view it on my computer I knew it had a great look to it. Anyone want to guess what it is???

What is "beaded branch"? Is second favorite figs?

  • Katster
You WIN the prize... Yes, the fav is a Extremely LARGE fig tree... I named the branch that because that's what it reminds me of wood beads.. Have no idea what its real name is.

Very good theme post... my fav. are "beaded branch" because of the unusal angle and clarity, "bee close up" because of the intense color and spectacular wings, and "b/w color dew" because I don't know how to do this and I'm in awe!

  • kalole0
Hey Kat, where were we when you found these? "Color dew" is outstanding. Ya done good, gal.

    - togetherness.....

Sorry about that Kat, I like bee up close and colored dew! The detail in the bees wings and iridescent color is awwwwww..made my jaw drop.
