Challenge Entry

Black & White Disposable Fun

By RobinG written 6/27/07 1:12 PM, published 6/27/07 6:54 PM

Found a black & white disposable camera, so I took it out and found some old things to take photos of. Here are the acceptable ones.

BWCaboose in the local park for kids to play on.

BWDodge in my yard, my brother in law is restoring it.

BWGasStation
I found this in a town about 30 minutes from my house, I always wanted a picture of it.

BWMarkTractor  my husband and his old tractor, he thought the pitchfork would make the photo more old looking.

BWPlow I was driving around and spotted this, thought it was neat.

BWRockChurch
I've always like this old church.

Thanks to everyone who is particiapating in the challenge, it was more of a challenge than I thought it would be.  Have a great afternoon!  :o)

I really like these. I think someone commented on one of the other challenge entries that the photos had an old feel to them. These really do and I like it. Especially in the shot of the dodge. Thanks again for the challenge. I think we gripe, but deep down we're enjoying the fact that it's an actual challenge of skills. Plus it makes everyone feel better about the money they've spent on their equipment :-D

Yes, they do have the 'old time' feel. Course the pictures you took helps. Very good shots. I liked the old church the best. PS. I think your plow is a grass cutter.

Very, very nice, Robin. Gas Station, Rock Church and the Plow are my favorites. These definitely have a special quality to them. I agree with the faerie that we have enjoyed this more than our groaning would indicate. Thanks.

Yep, these remind me of the late 50's early 60's photos I have from family. Now I am tempted to go buy a B&W diposable to shoot the grandkids with, love the look!

The b&w shoot and toss worked for you. How nostalgic. The one of Mark, pitchfork and tractor is historic and old mower, gas station and church are all excellent.
