I'm actually going to say color as well. The blues are just too rich to throw away to a measly gray. however, the b&w is nice with beautiful contrasts.

Color for me...so rich and vibrant, in color looks like a great place to sit and relax while enjoy the view..B/W in this paticular scene looks too dark and forboding, don't think it would be a good place to relax. Good one for theme.

Color ... the shading in the water is distracting to me in the b/w. Like the way the eye is drawn up to the land and clouds.
