Golf season ended for us last Thursday. We didn't send anyone to the state tournament, but what a great group of young men I had the pleasure of working with. The golf shots were taken in B&W at the last tournament.

I too love the driver shot. Lots of interesting things in that image. I found myself wondering what that black arch was in the background. I found it interesting, not bothersome. I empathize with the kid shooting out of the rough. If I weren't shooting out of the rough or trying to get back onto the fairway by shooting between two trees I wouldn't know what to do. ;-) That's why I gave the darned game up. Or maybe I should say, it gave me up.

These are great shots. That # 3 wood is a study and very effective DOF. Your In the Rough is perfect timing and exposure of the young lad. Stiff Arm is wonderful action,and the grabbing of the defender's faceguard is a detail in question. The b&w works very well.

Can't pick a favorite, although I'm leaning toward stiff arm. In an earlier life I played middle linebacker, was the fastest person on the team.

I know next to nothing about golf and football but those are some nice shots. Almost makes me want to stalk golfers just to try get a decent shot or two... almost.
