Just a few shots for the challenge:

    What BSV said. I like the first one but the horizon being off bothers me. Farm IMHO is a little too soft. I really like the thumb too.

    I agree with the above - Grass is lovely, the horizon is off in Sunset Blues, and Farm is out of focus. I also like the intesity of Desertlike Sun, but the red half-circle below the horizon on the left kind of bothers me. For the picture of your husband, the lighting is pretty good and I like his expression and the fact that he's not looking straight into the camera. However, you are somewhat shooting down on him - I would try taking the shot from his level or maybe even slightly below so we see more of his face and less of the top of his head. Just a suggestion.
