I like the color. But do agree that it is a bit dark.

Can't help but wonder if it is a natural harbor... no wonder the city grew up around it... it is so perfect.... you had a good perspective from where you took the shot! Nice job!

This is a great shot. I do agree with Kay & Penny, I seems a bit dark. But, still....it made me say "wow" when I opened the pic. Good job.

I love it...I don't know why everyone thinks it's too dark. I think it's great because it highlights the city lights as well as the fading sunset sky colors. I also think the composition is great. Everyone has an opinion I guess, but this is a great shot, so Keep it up. I guess if lots of people tell you it's too dark, try it again with a split ND filter if you can. That seems to do wonders for photos in Pop Photo magazine.

A little reminder..... a lot of what is "dark" or "light" or "blown out" may very well depend on your monitor's settings. So opinions are like monitors..... everybody's got one!

phototakes2 said what I would have said. It is so interesting because of the time of day. You got great lighting in the sky, and the fiberoptic nature of the city going to sleep. Great work. I wouldn't change a thing!
