I've just been busier than a blind photographer at Nude Miss America Pageant.
Well not quite but busy anyway.

The good news is my first illegal Mexican immigrant of the year showed up today! This photo isn't him from this year but very well could be the same bird. Male Rufous Hummingbird. He has hit one of the feeders and has been checking out the others. Just for spite here is a Grecian Wildflower for you while I'm here.

Have a ducky day. I'm back to uploading and keywording stock images.

    Both shots are fantastic ... The Hummingbirds that come (migrate) to Las Vegas aren't nearly that colorful - Like I said 'You guys get all the neat stuff' ... When will the Hummingbirds reach Las Vegas?

    Should be any time now Stan and according to my book you do get the Rufous in Southern Nevada along with Calliope, Black Chin and Broad Tail. ( that's the hummingbird kind not the Walmart kind)I'd be putting up at least one feeder now so maybe it will get spotted.

    Correct me if I'm wrong, Mike, but doesn't the Walmart Broad Tail hit the feeder on an electric scooter with complete disregard for the other patrons? Excellent shots, btw!
