    A+++ essay..i know it must have been difficult to do (hug)... .. a good message here to be learned... thank you for sharing... I have never smoked, but my guy recently stopped smoking, I know it was very difficult for him.. but he has done it and i am very proud of him...he is also a "C" survivor...

    Powerful post. My dad just quit this past Feb 1st after smoking for 42 years. I'll show him this as a reminder why we are glad he quit. Thank you!

    Wow, powerful! I remember my great grandma sitting with her back to the door hooked up to the oxygen tank trying to light a match to light her cigerette. She and my grandmother died of lung cancer. Both my parents have quit smoking for around 17 to 18 years. I have never smoked. Thanks for sharing a difficult subject. :o)
