Golden morning.

Walking out of my dorm
The cold air hits my face
I begin my journey to class
Ears numb, face tingling, hands stuffed in pockets
"A Melody softly soaring through my atmosphere"
Closing my eyes I feel the wind on my skin
Waking me
Refreshing me
"Fly high
Up and away from this tainted world."
In this moment, I feel alive, free
For once, in a long time

    Great lighting in the first. But I wonder if a closer crop might make it even more dramatic? Nice angle and composition on the second, and I really like the hints of yellow.

    Wow! Thanks everyone, I hadn't checked this in a while and when I did I was surprised to see it on the front page. btw-The Lyrics, Melodies softly soaring through my atmosphere" is from Death Cab For Cutie's song Soul Meets Body and "Fly High up and away from this tainted world" Is from Brian Culbertson's song Fly High; which for some reason is not on my iPod...hmmm... Anyways, thanks again everyone! I really appreciate it!
