Love the color of all the cottonwoods. Looks almost strange to see such pretty color in the desert. Enjoy it while it lasts! Great post fish.

Ok, number 3 gave me lens envy. I like #1, that yellow is really fall loud and the land there looks so lonely. You make me want to explore the South West. Nice shots.

I like both 1 (for the color and light) and 2 (for the composition - the trunks add a lot). Nice fall feeling in all these.

Wonderful colors. I love the first one, good job on isolating the tree (and color) from the background.

#4 works for me, fish. We have those things here, too, but only in the washes. Suppose we should tell anybody what a wash is?

Maybe we should in case anybody wonders what it is. Then again maybe we should keep it our little secret

fish - yep, we should tell 'em - otherwise most everybody probably figures we have trees in our laundry.
Okay, I'll give it a shot.

Your attention please... Ahem!
Okay. In Arizona it's called a wash. In Texas it's called a draw. In Mexico it's called an arroyo. In Israel it's called a wadi. Pretty much anywhere else it's called a big ditch. So in referring to a wash, we actually mean "drawarroyowadibigditch." I hope this fully illuminates this matter. You may now go back to your regularly scheduled programming... Thank you for your attention.
