Yeah...2010. June 17th, 2010 to be exact.Since Iv'e been away a while living life to it's fullest, I wanted to share with you some highlights of my year in review.

Matthew , Janet and I went to the see the Grand Canyon for the first time.

2 words: wuh-ow

We all arrived at the South Rim, a more popular place to view the canyon. Breathtaking. And of course, any photo can never truely do justice to anything live. Im just saying that anything live is more beautiful in person that on film, but that's for a whole other forum.

I enjoyed watching Matthew and Janet in awe of this great wonder. I had to get a shot of the two of us. Later , we found a ledge could sit on. Matt said he felt like he was on top of the world. A ways down the hike to other viewing sites, we found this ledge. I told Matt to go out there, and of course he did. He walked out on that ledge and stood there for several minutes. (I later had asked him what he was thinking out there. e told me" I felt so small, insugnificant, in this huge world of ours, Dad. God is truely an awesome God." How true, son... how true.) He then yelled to me "Hey, Dad...can I sit on that ledge ?"

Janet screamed.

<<< Hey, as I was tweeking this image, I noticed this large bird heading toward Matt. The image is degraded, but still.. >>>

" I was only kidding, Dad! "

Okay..I went out on that ledge and understood what Matthew was feeling.

Matthew and I took a helicopter ride to see the Grand Canyon. Gorgeous views of the Colorado River and other angles of the South Rim.

As always, I hope you've enjoyed my little..no, BIG trip to the Grand Canyon.

<<< Brought to you by the Canon 20D >>> Official camera of the Grand Canyon.(R)

P.S. I found another shot of the

South Rim

..... enjoy!
