Well, you'll need some time to practice first.

First we start out like we are making some deviled eggs.  Boil, shuck, gut, but stop before stuff.

Now we need to baptize the eggs in some colored water, I found about three minutes about right.  (Mileage varies with persons.)

After letting the eggs dry for five minute, we are ready to re-stuff the centers.

    Great idea - and I need a carry-in with an Easter theme!  How did you 'shuck' them so neatly - mine usually end up so awful looking that I give up and just make egg salad!
