B&W desert pictures plus one in color
Just converted these into B&W from our hike in the desert on July 4th,
bw79121 bw79122 bw79123 bw79124
here is the one in color, it is of Morman Tea Tree seed pods bw79125
remember I said how cloudy and overcast it was and the temps were in the 70's. well now it is sunny and 106 dgrees in the shade.

They really work in B&W. Not crazy about the color.
I was wondering if you have any of your images in galleries? Seem like they would really be popular.

Stunning b&w conversions, ruth. I love the slight sepia color and the depth in the tones is just fantastic. Put all that together with fabulous compositions and you have yourself a stunning set.

Great Black and White photos Fish!!!
The first is my favorite but the fourth is so dramatic that I love it.
I love looking at your work especially your close up shots of flowers.

Very good B/W (and this comes from a 'color' person!).
I liked the color shot, but thought the stem on the left shouldn't have been there.

Hadn't thought about B&W for desert shots, but these work well. The 1st and 3rd are my favorites. I like the composition in both.

Wonderful tone and contrast throughout the set. The last two b&w's are really nice.
