Fall is a beautiful time of the year.

Process 1 of a nice old barn.

Added 10-4 - It's looking a lot like fall in our neighborhood

Added 10-5 - Across the street from us is Irma's House . Irma is a wonderful 91 year old lady who we have cherished as a neighbor for years. Every change of season I photograph her beautiful little house and print note cards for her. She is in the hospital and we are very concerned for her. Today I photographed her house and will have her note cards ready when she gets home. We think the world of her!

Dub - This was done last fall (or maybe two falls ago) can't remember. I photographed a variety of fall leaves. The lighting was diffused window lighting with a white card bounce on the other side. I laid the leaf on a piece of dowling on black background shooting straight down so dowling did not show. Camera was on a tri-pod. The old barn was shot just a couple days ago. Thank you all for the comments. I got some fall shots yesterday so will throw them in on this post a little later.

Great additional shots. I really liked the middle one.
I thought the first one was a stitched pano, until I looked closer. Maybe a little less crop, or perhaps more of a crop, get rid of those brown sticks (hedge?)

A lot of trees here are just changing one day and dropping the next. In places it looks like that last one.

What a thoughtful thing to do for your neighbor, Irma..hope she improves enough to be able to get back to her home..I like the original of the barn best.....
