I  added a beacon to my Manistee North Pierhead Lighthouse.

Used the dodge tool in Photoshop Elements. This is a very handy tool. I have used it many times. You can set the size of the brush and also the degree of opacity. I used it in the original processing of this image to lighten the lighthouse after I had darkened the whole image.
