The other day I decided to take my puppy outside to play with him and to take pictures with him.  His name is Popup LinkRemy.  Look at that Popup Linkcute puppy face!  I got this Popup Linkgreat shot of him looking like a little pupppy model.  But then he got tired and decided to Popup Linklay down by the fence.  He went to the door when he was ready to go Popup Linkinside

Welcome to the site! You've got a cute doggie, but might I make a suggestion? If you'll get eye level with the pooch, it makes for a much better pic. (Like "great shot") I read your bio and you asked for feedback; hope you don't mind. Looking forward to seeing more of your work!

Dogs.....I love dogs. A suggestion about photography....granted it should be enjoyable, however if you intend to take photography seriously, then learn all you can about your equipment. Read, talk to other photographers, learn your camera's limitations and options. Regarding the subject matter, approach the subject as though you were explaining to someone else what you had just seen. The suggestion above, about changing the shot perspective is excellent. Capture the moment and the subject, take a gazzilion shots, discard "carefully", save the best. Above all, recognize that you will "grow" in ability, and someday surprise yourself with that tingly PERFECT shot. Best wishes for the journey. ORG~

welcome to the site! what a great looking dog that is. Hey, as an editor here, I deleted one of your uploads that didn't appear--it didn't show up because of the "&" in the keyword. Try to avoid using special characters in your titles and keywords when you upload shots and you'll be fine.

I can just smell that puppy breath! Wait 'till he starts digging up the garden. Good advice above - says he who is certainly no expert and always learning.

omg the "learn all you can about your equipment" is the main thing, I'm new to SLR cameras and I feel like a big dummy right now. Kinda like a new job. I want so bad to learn my camera but, its kinda hard when you dont have anyone there to teach you. Hopefully these guys here will help me and you, thing is when I'm out and about there is no help. So most of the time I plan on shooting a gazillion photos and slowly teaching myself.
