On Saturday morning, my wife usually goes to the Farmer's Market that we have here in downtown Lafayette.  Sometimes I go along, not to actully buy stuff, but to take a few photos.

After our market visit we walked around town to appreciate the  beautiful fall day,     ... but that might be another post for another day.

Yellow Corn  Brocolli   Gourds in Box  Yellow Apples   Onions Close   Red Cabbage  Indian Corn  Garlic Peppers in Basket  More Onions  Peppers in Little Baskets  Little Gourds  Turnips  Sign Yellow and Red Apples   Apples and Lettuce

Comments and complaints welcome.

Pretty shots. Only complaint? Too many at once--but nice!

    - blow.....hard

You shopping in the Farmer's Market produced more than produce - good shots. I like the composition in most of your shots. Smalls suggested something that I am thinking also. Maybe half of these at a time would be nice.

    - Flowers are happiness...

I like yellow corn, yellow apples and yellow apples and lettuce. I agree about the number.

Very nice shots. Love the variety in “onions close” The basket that holds the veggies seems a little too prominent on a few of the photos. Blessings

Looks pretty good to me, a darn sight better than what I see in the grocery stores in this town. Haven't seen indian corn like that in years.
