    Great Wambli (eagle in english). I too liked the thumb look like a red tail hawk and embarrassed to say that I forgotten how to say that in Lakota and my husband sleeping. Great shot!

    The eagles were taken along the Mississippi River in Clinton, Iowa, just across the river from IL and also near the Mississippi Palasades State Park (IL side of the river) The butterfly at the Morton Arboretum in Lisle, IL (closer to home) The Red Tailed Hawk frequents the Arboretum too.
