Orchid Display......take two

I thought I should repost this, only this time, I thought adding pictures would be the smart thing to do.

Orchid_003 Orchid_005 Orchid_002 Orchid_004 Orchid_001 The Franklin Park Conservatory in Columbus, Ohio was running a Orchids display. I thought I would practice on some of the flowers on display there. Please keep in mind I am just learning this photography thing, so please be kind in your reviews..

    Beautiful orchids and welcome aboard. Try not to double post again, we have a one post per user every 24 hour rule that we like to keep intact. But seeing as you were just trying to get the shots to popup, an editor should be able to get rid of the double post.

    I think you did well with these. I particularly like the Ochid 2 as it is almost just of one flower. IMHO they are more interseting when either a single flower or many flowers pretty much fill the frame. Welcome aboard looking forward to seeing more!

    Welcome and good job. # 2 is my choice with good color,composition and dof separation.

    Welcome, for a beginner you are doing great the colors and textures are fantastic. my favorite is the last one, the combo of flower and rock is wonderful!
