L.A. Zoo Partly Sunny, But Fun!

By andreaeagle written 2/2/08 3:31 PM, published 2/5/08 4:11 AM

Went to the the Zoo on Friday, it was a brisk 58 degrees and as you can tell sun the was playing hide and seek.
I wanted to get some different animals and I was surprised to find the Ocelot...

Some thing new...
Pretty as can be...
In all my time at the zoo I have him once before, and nothing like this!
Then I walked over to the Sifka's and found...
A True So Cal sun worshiper...
And that's where my search for new went cold...everyone was huddling or sleeping.
So it was back to the old favorites and they did not disappoint...
I love these guys...they're still at it!

Julliet and Seti cuddling up...
For the challenge...
I got your love right here...
Remember how I said that Seti was the quiet one...forget it!
Denny and Seti tearing it up...
Not the best focus, but I love this shot...wild thing...
Ah the difference between 1600 and 200 ISO...

Short Joke
Aarrgghh!

Please forgive the number!
Comment Welcome!
Blessing!

Just wanted to tell you guys that there was an art class at the Gerenuk enclosure, they were drawing them and going nuts about they're movements!

I never tire of your zoo shots, I am looking so forward to the 50 degree weather again so I can go back, last time I was at ours it was about 25 degrees, even the polar bears were staying inside. LOL Love the challenge shot!

Great clarity on the challenge shot!

Oh I love them, andrea. Especially "I got your love right here." And I see that the lemurs decided to share the bush rather than fight over it.

Some are good, others aren’t. I wouldn’t waste my time with the copy write, none of them are that good

And here we go with just plain downright rude again! "Me" must be quite jealous of the tiger girl, for if "me" can't share with us what "me" sees that is technically wrong, then "me" should just keep "me's" comment to itself. Myself though, I don't tire of the creator's handywork. I appreciate you bringing to us what some of us would never see, Andrea. And you do a good job of it.

    - say it with photos
