Blue is my favourite colour!!

Bluebonnets in the Spring.
At a bar called Treasure Island on 6th street in downtown Austin, they have a special drink called the Flaming Dr. Pepper. The bar tender places shots of tequila staggered on half-pints of beer and lights the whole thing on fire (including the bar) and the flames are put out when the shots are immersed in the beer and you drink the whole thing at once!

    Nice theme post Andrea. I think bluebonnets may have benefitted if you had cropped it a little tighter and got rid of a lot of the out of focus flowers. There was just a little too much extra distraction. Great capture in the bar, but someone needs to tell the bartender it's not smart to play with fire! I've tried a flaming Dr Pepper by the way...boy was it awful...sorry.

    Bruce, I completely agree about the drinks, they are pretty awful. I'm posting a different blue bonnet shot, let me know what you think. Thanks for the comments all!

    Flowers are beautiful ... but I agree with above ... I have never even heard of a Flaming Dr Pepper (Dr Pepper not my favorite soda)
