As summer approaches, I'm finding it harder and harder to focus on my work. I wind up daydream about all the places I could be, so I thought I'd post pictures from some of the places I've been and would love to go back to.
A view of the Pacific from the Costa Rican Jungle.
Banana palm silhouette
Bell flower in the garden
A butterfly that decided to take a ride on my brother's shoulder.

Beautiful butterfly. The shirt is so vibrant it looks like it could be hanging out on a flower. Great detail in it and the bell flower.

I'll let you in on a secret Andrea. Straighten your horizons in post-processing (digital or wet). I use a tripod over half the time I'm shooting landscapes and I still can't get them straight (it helps, trust me). I even have the grids turned on in the viewfinder on my D200! I'm convinced my head is just crooked.

Nice shots,
if what EMF said about straightening the horizon can't be done post because you lack the software, Picasa 2 is free and has that feature in it's tools. I use that program 1st before anything else even when there is serious work to be done and I have to go to P.S.
